Booking panel
A panel by the door shows whether the room is free and lets people book it on the spot.

Network and power
A small cabinet in the room, a floor box with power and PoE at the table, and a dedicated VLAN, so the room stays reliable.

Site survey
We visit, measure the space, look at the existing cabling and power, and ask how your team actually works.

Design and quote
You get a drawing of the proposed setup and an itemised quote with options. Nothing is ordered until you have agreed it.

Install and handover
Cabling, racks, devices and configuration, all labelled, tested and documented. We walk your team through it.

Support
A maintenance plan if you want one, monitoring where it makes sense, and one contact to call when something comes up.
